Internal Error, Duel ends in draw before it even begins

1. Bug description
   [At the start of each AI duel or immediately after the turn decision in online, the duel ends in a tie and says "Internal Error" It doesn't give a code, it just goes to the grey "tie" screen with the usual post match options.]

I’ve restarted the game and my computer. Every duel, online or A.I, ends this way.
