I opened the game as usual and an update happened but when I went to deck editor it showed 9999 question mark decks and clicking one breaks the game, online does not work, it is completely unplayable.

If you join the Duelist Unite Discord, the #omega_support channel is a great place to find fixes for issues such as this.
Currently the solution to this is to run the OmegaUpdater and to use the Discord App rather than using the web app.
If you reach out to us in the discord channel, you can have a quicker communication with us to help you resolve this issue!
