I can't use tachyon transmigration from hand, despite meeting activation requirements, I also cannot activate it while set with activation conditions met

    You should be able to activate Tachyon Transmigration from hand if N107 is on board and if not, you should be able to activate it set if you have a galaxy-eyes monster.

The fix for this is already done on the test client, and will hopefully be made live with the next client update, possibly later today
