    I can’t special summon “CXyz Dark Fairy Cheer Girl” by “Rank-Up-Magic Barian’s Force.”
    I could’t activate “Rank-Up-Magic Barian’s Force” even if “Fairy Cheer Girl” is on field.
    *There weren’t any special summon pledge.

    Field: “Fairy Cheer Girl”
    Hand (or S/T Zone): “Rank-Up-Magic Barian’s Force”

In the future, please include a replay code so that it is easier to find the situation in which this occurred.
