I can't select 'Magician's Soul' with 'The True Name'

I don’t know why, but this is the only card, I can’t select with ‘The True Name’ .

True Name allows you to declare any card name. It works for me. Check how you spelled “Magicians’ Soul”. It is NOT Magician’s Soul.
