    I can not active the skill “Transcendent Crystals” on 3rd turn.
    The skill says “Can be used from turn 3 and onward”.
    Therefore, it should be activatable on 3th turn.

A.duel
B.wait to 3rd turn.
C.I can not active the skill.
D.However, I can active on 4th turn.
