Having troubles clicking on the activate card button in top down view

1. Bug description
   When trying to click on the activate a card button in top down view hovering over the button also hovers over the s/t zones so the game selects the zone which makes the button disappear. This leads to me having to move back and forth several times to finally be able to activate a card. This problem doesn’t occur in the other view since there the mouse already hovers over the s/t zones when hovering over the top of the card.

2. Bug reproduction steps
   Try clicking the activate a card button on top down view. The problems occurs more often when moving the mouse slowly.

4. Expected behavior
   The game should not select an s/t zone when it is behind a button instead only when I move my mouse outside of that button.

Fixed by moving the buttons a few pixels down to remove the little gap that was there.
