Bug Description

Haggard Lizardose was unable to banish itself but could banish monsters in my gy.
Guardian Chimera was fusion summoned with memento fusion and was unable to activate its trigger effect.

Bug Reproduction Steps

Link summon haggard lizardose with no other monsters on your field and attempt to activate its effect

Fusion summon guardian chimera with mementotlan fusion and attempt to activate its effect

I was not under droll, my opponents monsters were able to be targeted, chimera was fusion summoned using a spell effect

I’m on windows 10

EDIT: added replay. was my first time using replay feature so it didnt capture the whole game, just the period from haggard to chimera

I suspect you used Prosperity and thus couldn’t draw cards
