1. Bug description
   [The second effect of Guiding Quem, The Virtuous which allow us special summon from Graveyard 1 Fallen of Albaz or 1 card that mentions Fallen of Albaz does not work, even though 1 Fallen of Albaz is already in the Graveyard but it still cannot be special summoned to the field]

2. Bug reproduction steps

   [Normal summon or special summon this card first to the field, use the first effect to send 1 Fallen of Albaz to Graveyard. After that special summon any 1 monster from Extra Deck using other cards (except Guiding Quem, The Virtuous) that already on the field. The Bug is: second effect of Guiding Quem, The Virtuous, special summon 1 Fallen of Albaz from Graveyard doesn't work.]

4. Expected behavior
   [The second effect of Guiding Quem, The Virtuous (special summon 1 Fallen of Albaz from Graveyard) should work if we special summon 1 monster from Extra Deck (if a card leaves the Extra Deck except during the damage step) and there is already 1 Fallen of Albaz in Graveyard and Guiding Quem, The Virtuous still on the field]
