Goddess Urd's Verdict will only display a small amount of cards to declare

    Goddess Urd’s Verdict effect can’t be used correctly because it doesnt allow search of all the cards (only like 100 of them can be declared)

  2. Bug reproduction steps
    Just activating the effect, you will get the dialog box to search a card but most of the time the card you want won’t be on there.

  4. Expected behavior
    Every card that exists in TCG/OCG should be able to be searched and declared by the card (maybe except the banned ones, but with the context of using the effect when you know what is Set, that won’t be much of a problem)
