Genesys Points randomly disappears/reappears when cards are dragged on the Deck Editor

1. Bug description
   When the Genesys banlist is selected and a card with Genesys Points is dragged, it’s points can randomly disappear. Repeating the process may have the points reappear again, seemingly at random.

2. Bug reproduction steps

   1. Add cards with and without Genesys Points to the deck;
   2. Randomly drag cards with points to the any position, including the position they already are.
