On activation, Fusion Destiny shoud be able to fusion summon any fusion monster that mentions a “Destiny HERO” monster as material. Destiny HERO - Dreadnought’s fusion material are listed as 2 level 5 or higher “Destiny HERO” monsters, but it isn’t displayed as an option even with the requisite materials in deck.
Fusion Destiny CAN summon Destiny HERO - Dystopia and Destiny HERO - Dominance, which require 2 “Destiny HERO” monsters and 3 “Destiny HERO” monsters, respectively, as pictured above
