  1. Bug description
    The card Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast was released in the tcg in 2004 but it cannot be used in GOAT format. Here’s proof: https://yugioh.fandom.com/wiki/Fusilier_Dragon,_the_Dual-Mode_Beast
    The card’s code is 51632798.

  2. Bug reproduction steps
    I set MR 1, goat banlist and card pool available until 01-04-2005. Fusilier Dragon, the Dual-Mode Beast is not usable.
