you show us the sleaves but you don’t give us the links for them???
you just need download the image and put in folder ‘sleeves’
Download the picture, which you want, than go Desktop (Where your Omega placed) → Right Klick Omega → open file path → go folder sleeves → put the downloaded picture there in this folder. Done
