Forced Requisition can not be activated

  1. Forced Requisition can not be activated, when you discard due to 7 cards in the End Phase.

  2. Screenshot, where it should activate Forced-Requistion hosted at ImgBB — ImgBB

  3. In Goat format, if you have 7 cards in hand and have to discard a card in the End Phase, Forced Requisition should be activatable.

  4. im using Windows 10
