First effect of D/D Swirl Slime not working

1. Bug description
   The first effect of “D/D Swirl Slime” can not be activated even though the requirements are fulfilled. The bug was first noticed in an online PvP match and then replicated by me in online bot matches for confirmation.

2. Bug reproduction steps
   You need a normal D/D/D deck with “D/D Swirl Slime” in it and fitting fusion monsters like “D/D/D Oracle King d’Arc”. Start a duel with a “D/D Swirl Slime” and any other D/D monster card in your hand and you will notice that you can not activate the effect of “D/D Swirl Slime” in your hand.

4. Expected behavior
   With a fusion monster like “D/D/D Oracle King d’Arc” in the extra deck and a “D/D Swirl Slime” and any other D/D or D/D/D monster in the hand you should be able to activate the effect of “D/D Swirl Slime” to summon a fusion monster like “D/D/D Oracle King d’Arc”.

I can reproduce this bug , in both hand test and online(private room) on PC.
