    Exosisters randomly cannot XYZ summon from the extra deck.

Happens randomly, but is easily enough reproduced, once every two three turns the bug happens.

    You should be able to XYZ summon with exosisters

Did you use your Ecclesia’s when-Summoned effect earlier that turn(s), perhaps?

If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can activate this effect; add 1 “Dogmatika” card from your Deck to your hand, except “Dogmatika Ecclesia, the Virtuous”, also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn.
