Did you consider reading the card and activating the effects of Phantom Exodia Incarnate that it gained from exodo blaze?

There is no effects that is doing anything.

That’s because you’re not activating the effects of exodia incarnate that it gained from exodo blaze. You misunderstand, exodo blaze itself doesn’t destroy all spells/traps and equips the 5 pieces of exodia, it only enables the exodia incarnate to do so
