Effect of Rindbrumm the Striking Dragon is not working properly

1. Bug description
   The effect of Rindbrumm the Striking Dragon is not working properly. The effect "During your opponent's turn, while this card is in your GY (Quick Effect): You can target 1 "Fallen of Albaz" in your GY; Special Summon either that monster or this card, and banish the other." Does not let you choose between "either that monster or this card" it only allows you to summon Fallen of Albaz.

2. Bug reproduction steps

   When Rindbrumm's graveyard effect is activated, it asks you to target "Fallen of Albaz" then it asks you to pick which monster you want to summon but the only option presented is Fallen of Albaz

4. Expected behavior
   You are supposed to be able to pick "either that monster or this card". As in, choose to summon Fallen of Albaz or Rindbrumm

That is correct assuming you sent Rindbrumm off Mirrorjade. You must have properly Summoned Rindbrumm before Summoning it from a public knowledge location through other means.
