Effect of Rikka Queen Strenna doesn't work

1. Effect of Rikka Queen Strenna doesn’t work in the graveyard

2. Summon the xyz monster Rikka queen strenna with 2 level 4 monsters,
   tribute the card with an effect (with mudan the rikka fairy for exemple), normaly, effect of Strenna activate but instead of that i got an error code

3. 

4. The effect has to resolve properly in the graveyard and allow you to summon a xyz plant monster from the extra deck

5.OS is windows 10

This only occurs in offline/local mode, since the offline mode doesnt get regular updates. When testing a deck, it is recommended that you make an online room, even if just testing against bots.
