  1. Bug description
    Dragon shrine does not complete it’s full effect with a normal dragon monster that is either a tuner or pendulum.

  2. Bug reproduction steps

Activate Dragon shirne, send master pendulum the dracoslayer or galaxy serpent to gy.

  2. Expected behavior
    Dragon shrine should allow to send another dragon to gy.

Could you please replicate the exact scenario and send a screenshot or replay? Because I tried to replicate and dragon shrine worked for me, with both Master pendulum and galaxy serpent
