    If you tracer pop Dillingerous Dragon you are able to activate his ef in the gy. Which you shouldnt be able to

    Summon Dillingerous Dragon and rokket tracer. Use tracer effect on Dillingerous Dragon.

  3. Expected behavior

    Dillingerous Dragon should not be able to activate.

Dilli’s effect is an if so it cant miss timing, since tracer destroy and summon happens at the same time dilli can trigger to it. please check rulings with judges before posting bug.
