"Destiny HERO - Dominance" destroyed and sent to grave effect Doesn't work

  1. Destiny Hero Dominance’s effect to summon 3 level 9 D heros when destroyed by any means does not work We tried with the Fusion destiny destroy at end of opponents turn and with lightning storm and raigeki none of them triggered it.

  2. Bug reproduction steps

    Player two has a d hero dominance on field in att position summoned by fusion destiny
    Player one uses raigeki or lightning storm or ends his turn and when d hero dominance is destroyed it doesn’t activate.

    Forgot to take one

  4. Expected behavior
    D hero Dominance should have summoned 3 level 9 or lower d hero’s upon being DESTROYED and sent to grave.

Did you have at least 3 Destiny HEROs in your GY which can be Summoned with Dominance?
