Deck Editor bug leaves card slots permanently empty and cards frozen on screen until program is restarted

  1. Bug description
    While in the Deck Editor screen there is a reproducible bug where it becomes possible to remove a card’s “slot” entirely (both from the actual deck and the search sidebar), resulting in that slot becoming permanently empty until the Deck Editor is reloaded. In some cases the card will also stay frozen in place, hovering over other cards until the entire program is restarted.

  2. Bug reproduction steps
    Not that “Right Click” and “Left Click” are interchangeable when following instructions.

    To reproduce slot-deleting bug:

    1. Open the Deck Editor.
    2. Hold Right Click on any card and without releasing, drag it over another card.
    3. While still holding Right Click, hold Left Click and gently flick the card in any direction while simultaneously letting go of Left Click (Do not let go of Right Click during this process).

    To reproduce frozen-card bug:

    1. Open the Deck Editor.
    2. Hold Right Click on any card and without releasing, drag it over another card.
    3. While still holding Right Click, hold Left Click and shake the card back and forth. Do not let go of Left Click or Right Click during this process.

  4. Expected behavior
    Slots should not disappear and cards should not hover frozen on the screen. They should return to their original locations.
