Concours de cuisine doesnt work

  1. Bug description
    [the card Concours de cuisine cant be activated even if the required targets are in deck and extra]

  2. Bug reproduction steps

    [ as shown in the screenshot i have all the targets (i also have 2 lv1 in the deck too but it can summon from hand also) but the spell doesnt have the blue light to be activated, you can only set it, tested also in another simulator with the same deck code and it works there]
