Concours de cuisine cant be activated even though both targets are in the deck. One in the main deck and the other face down in the extra deck

  1. try activating the card while the nouvelie pendulum is in the deck and the fusion pendulum is fd in the extra

  2. Expected behavior
    The card should let you summon one pendulum to your field and one to your opponents field from the deck hand and or extra deck

  3. What OS are you using
    Tried it both on pc and android same result
