Over the past several days, I’ve been slowly throwing together custom card sleeves by the truckload, and I figured that I might as well share them with the masses. The folder contains 308 sleeves spread across 88 archetypes (more accurately, "groups of cards that I tried to keep as close to archetypes as possible, so please don’t yell at me for putting Shooting Quasar Dragon in the Stardust folder) and 1 folder for cards which belong to no discernable archetype.
I’m open to sleeve suggestions if anyone wants to leave them as a comment below this post. Keep in mind, while making sleeves of cards people like is great, I have to be sure that the card will look pleasant on a sleeve (i.e. cropped vertically), so there’s a chance I won’t make a given sleeve. I’ll be sure to update this main post if/when I add more card sleeves.
How to Install + Select Sleeves
- Download the sleeves you want from the MEGA folder
- Go to your YGO Omega custom files directory, typically at /YGO Omega_Data/Files. You can also get here by opening YGO Omega, going into the settings menu, and clicking the icon in the top-right that looks like a gear and a paintbrush.
- Drag all of the downloaded sleeves you want into the “Sleeves” folder. (Note: no subfolders! Just have all of the sleeves as images in the Sleeves folder)
If you just want your sleeves to be selected at random, you can stop here. If you want to manually select your sleeves per deck, read onward.
- Open YGO Omega, and go to your Deck Manager.
- Select the deck you want to give the sleeve.
You can assign the card sleeve to the deck in one of two ways:

With the deck selected, click the icon in the top-left of the screen that looks like a tag. This will open the “Edit Tags” menu. Simply input the name of the sleeve you want assigned to the deck (by default, all of my sleeves are named “Sleeve - [card name]”) and click the check mark. (If you’re on 1.7.219, which is the latest version of YGO Omega at time of writing this tutorial, you’ll also have to open the deck in the Deck Editor and save it manually. According to developers, this is a bug and is fixed for the next release.) If you have other tags on the deck that you want to keep, you can separate the tags with a semicolon (;).

Click the “Rename” button on the right side of the screen, and rename the deck to the name of the sleeve you want (by default, all of my sleeves are named “Sleeve - [card name]”).
