Can't summon Shining Neos Wingman off of Over Fusion

1. Bug description
   [When using Over Fusion, changing the name of a targeted card into a 'Wingman' card, and trying to use said targeted card as material to fusion summon Elemental HERO Shining Neos Wingman, no option to fusion summon 'Elemental HERO Shining Neos Wingman' is shown and is not possible.]

2. Bug reproduction steps

   [ 1.Summon Neos Space Connector and use it's effect to summon a Neos, activate Over Fusion and target the Neos space Connector, reveal an 'Elemental HERO Wild Wingman' in the extra deck, use polymerization to try and fusion summon a copy of Elemental HERO Shining Neos Wingman. 2.Summon Neo-spacian Grand Mole, activate Over Fusion targeting the Grand Mole and reveal an Elemental HERO Shining Neos Wingman from the extra deck, activate polymerization to try and fusion summon the second copy of Elemental HERO Shining Neos Wingman in the extra deck.]

I have also tried Over Fusion by revealing the other ‘Wingman’ cards from the extra deck and they don’t seem to work either.

Thank you for making a bug report.

As described, this is functioning as intended. While Over Fusion does have the card copy the NAME of the monster revealed it doesn’t change it into a fusion monster. Shining Neos specifically requires the monster that is named Wingman to be a fusion monster.

In the case with Grandmole, if you would have targeted the Brave Neos instead of the Grandmole, (and had Neos on field or in hand) you would be able to successfully summon Shining Neos.
