Can't certain activate card effects

1. Bug description
   I don’t get the option to activate the dinomophia fusion cards, the monsters don’t get their summon effects and I can’t activate the metalfoes pendulum effects.
   It’s not on every card, as I was able to activate called by the grave.

   Try to activate any of the effects mentioned above.
