    Cannot activate Mischief of the time goddess

  2. Bug reproduction steps

    Summon valkyries and attempt to use mischief of the time goddess, the card cannot be activated even though it should be.

  4. Expected behavior

When only valkyries are on the field and this is not a chain 2 or more, Mischief of the time goddess should be able to be activated and after the battle phase skip to the next battle phase.

It is your Main Phase. You need to head into the Battle Phase for Mischief of the Time Goddess to work.
