Bug description
When using a touch screen, dragging a card will make it stop after moving a short distance. No other cards can be added, removed, or moved. Happens on Windows 7 Pro with fingers and not pen. I do not know if this problem occurs on other similar devices. I understand that this game is still new and may not support touchscreens fully, but I hope it will be supported in the future. -
Bug reproduction steps
Simply enter deck editor and drag a card with a finger.

Expected behavior
Card should not get stuck and be able to be moved freely around the editor like a mouse would. Others cards should also be able to be moved.
