The bug locks you at the blue screen and you can’t continue or interact so you are forced to ESC/ Leave duel or Alt-F4

1.Go to the duel and click spectate
2. leave duel and click spectate again
3.repeat until you get this screen

I went into spectator mode and it should show the game but it didn’t show
