this is the 10 time i run the OmegaUpdater and the 2 time i reinstall the whole game and its still the same

Did you reset the configuration, which is what this is telling you to do, before running the installer?
I would recommend that you reach out to the support team on the Duelist Unite discord server so we can communicate with you faster. In the server there is the #Omega_Support channel specifically to help with issues such as this.
i did more than 5 times and nothing changes
edit :nvm i fixed it i had to delete the temp folder in c drive
This is usually caused by antiviruses that stop the download but if deleting temp worked, then good.
