Bug - DPE effect to Special

  1. Bug description
    DPE activated its effect to Special during Standby, AFTER being sent to GY for cost via Droplet, meaning this is an illegal activation.

  2. Bug reproduction steps

    1. CL 1 Spright Sprind: Detach to target DPE to return to hand
    2. CL 2 DPE effect to Destroy 2 cards.
    3. CL 3 Spright Smashers
    4. CL 4 Activate Droplet, sending DPE + another monster for cost.
    5. (Also, i was unable to respond with Spright Starter despite OP only sending Monsters for Droplet’s cost)

    DPE should not have activated to begin with, and i should have been able to respond to Droplet with a Spell.
