Book of eclipse not buying cards in ranked games
I was playing a ranked match against my opponent using the ritual beast deck, in two of the three duels he activated the book of eclipse card more than once and in all cases when my monsters turned face up I didn’t draw any cards

Did you activate prosperity that turn?
Reviewing the replays and games you are correct in both cases I activated the prosperity card, so there is no bug.
