Azamina Hamartia cannot be activated on the field outside of the main phase

As the subject line describes, Hamartia works fine from the GY, but based on the effect text, it should be allowed to be activated on the field outside of the main phase

I’m using Android

Looks like whoever did the initial scripting for it copied part of the script for Azamina Ofeiletis to save time and forgot to remove the MP conditions from it. Try it again in about 1h.
