Artifact Caduceus (TCG) drawing a card for its own summon

Artifact Caduceus (TCG) is not supposed to draw a card for itself, like T.G. Hyper Librarian, but it does. See the attached replay.
Note that it seems like Artifact Caduceus OCG variant card behaves the correct way of not counting itself for drawing.
