Aluber inconsistently triggering in GY

  1. Bug description
    There are issues with Aluber being able to revive himself on a Fusion monster leaving the field by card effect as well as by destruction in battle.

  2. Bug reproduction steps

    1. Have Aluber in GY, without having used his on-summon effect
    2. Have Fusion Monster on field
    3. Have Fusion Monster leave the field by opponents card effect (In this case it was due to Eldlich effect from hand)
    4. Expect Aluber to trigger, but it doesn’t

  3. Expected behavior
    Aluber triggers, targets a viable opponents monster, then summons and negates the targeted monster
