Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon bug

1. Bug description
   the effect of “Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon” which states “During the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card; Special Summon 1 “Stardust Dragon” from your Extra Deck (this is treated as a Synchro Summon), then, immediately after this effect resolves, Synchro Summon 1 Synchro Monster using monsters you control as material” did not trigger as a Quick Effect in a chain link 3, in spite of having “Stardust Dragon” in my Extra Deck and being in the MP1.

2. Bug reproduction steps

   Synchro summon “Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon” and try to activate the beforementioned effect.

   You should be able to special summon “Stardust Dragon” and then, after that effect resolves perfom a synchro summon using monsters you control
