I have just encountered the same issue in the game. The script checks against exactly 7 but the card text neither says exactly nor or more. In the judge channel I’ve received the same response as above. In the OCG it is ruled as exactly and in the TCG apparantly up to interpretation of the responsible judges. This is quite frustrating as I also don’t see why it would be invalidated by having one extra Crystal Beast.
