   There are two bugs in the card “CARD OF SANCTITY”
   A.The card “CARD OF SANCTITY” banishes my face-down “SKILL” card
   B.The card “CARD OF SANCTITY” can not be used when there is a face-up “SKILL” card

2. Bug reproduction steps

a.join a skill into deck.
b.start a game
c.use “CARD OF SANCTITY”
d.the skill card is banished or the “CARD OF SANCTITY” can not be used.

4. Expected behavior
   It should not banish my skill.
   The card “CARD OF SANCTITY” should can use when there is a face-up “SKILL” card.
