Thanks for your helpful article. On Difference #1, the example with “Ash Blossom”, I think its effect is Quick effect that can only activate after SEGOC. Hence, “Brohunder” and “Kagetoke” are all trigger effects that meet their activation condition on “Brohunder” summon would be Chain link 1 and 2. Only trigger effects of the opponent would be possible to take the priority to response “Brohunder”. However, I agree completely the example with “torrential tribute” activation at Chain link 2.
