Make sure your resolution is set to fullscreen or a 16:9 resolution. The input problem of not being able to click things is caused by when users use non 16:9 resolutions. This is a Unity problem and more Unity updates will fix it but for now, you should use a 16:9 resolution like 1920x1080.
You can also change the camera view.
