Final Draw (Speed Duels) not working

1. Bug description
   The skill Final Draw doesn’t seem to remove the counters

2. Bug reproduction steps
   It just doesn’t either remove by itself or let me remove the counters

3. Screenshot OR error code

(I activated it Turn 1)

4. Expected behavior
   It should have let me remove the counters when the skill activated or in subsequent turns

5. What OS are you using
   Windows-10
