Error message when Tuner on field. Can't synchro

   [Tuners do not work, Unable to synchro summon]

2. Bug reproduction steps

   [Normal or Special summon tuner receive error ?:-1 : attempt to call a nil value (method 'IsTuner') summon a nontuner receive same error and can not synchro summon.]
